Theory is New York based fashion brand known for balancing luxury with accessibility in its men's and women's collections, creating an urban uniform through precisely tailored silhouettes and exceptional fabrics. The SS19 collection took inspiration from the Italian Creative Director, Francesco Fucci’s memories of youthful summer holidays around the Mediterranean. Those colors, and that ease of silhouette and spirit, were his muse. Inside a Chelsea gallery, Theory had installed its own serene scene: plush white carpet, faux yellow sunlight, vintage TVs playing grainy video of oceans and hay fields and sunsets. Collaborating cross functionally, we were able to extend the show’s essence into the Spring Summer 2019 Lookbook.
